Telehealth: In Response to COVID-19 and Looking to the Future of Services
Recovery 4 Life now offering Telehealth/Telemental health. We continue to monitor the changing conditions of our community and the advice of the CDC, State and local officials. With that in mind and practicing an abundance of caution we have decided to move our services to Telehealth only beginning March 23rd, 2020. We are working with all clients to set them up for groups as well as individuals, case management and recovery coaching/peer support today.
We have been working the past year on Telehealth/Telemental health and now have the capabilities to provide all our services in this new way during this new time together.
What we are doing via Telehealth only:
• Individual Therapy
• Group Therapy
• Family Therapy
• Case Management
• Peer support/Recovery coaching
• Medication Management
What services will still be done in person (for now while we evolve):
• Intake paperwork
• Picking up medications (We are working to get all paperwork online soon finalizing the ability to delivery of medications to your home)
We know that a you may have questions about Telehealth. We assure you; we can do this together. We encourage you to work with us and know it will really help.
We so appreciate our community partners and all of you that we serve. It is critical through this time that we all stay engaged in treatment and serving you. We will continue to offer services to our community and help in any way we can through this process.
If you need assistance of any kind or know someone that needs Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder or medication management call us at 208-376-7083 or contact us online. We have offices in Boise and Caldwell but can serve in other communities through Telehealth/Telemental health.
